On a Refi High

After almost 3 months in process, the refinance of my mortgage finally closed today. They sent me all the documents overnight delivery, so I got out of work a little early to come home and get them. The stack was about an inch thick with a ton of little "Sign here" sticky tabs all over them. Most of the docs had to be notarized, so after reviewing them I headed off to a paper/party supply store that has a notary on staff. Got all that done and then continued up the road to Fed Ex to send everything back to the bank. Hopefully all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted. The numbers all look great on paper, so I'm hoping I'll be breathing easier each month now.
