For the first time ever I went into a Tractor Supply Company store today. Silly me thought all they sold was, um, tractor supplies. I was pleasantly surprised to see the various western style items they sold, including the Breyer Bonanza horses.

I also went to Walmart and got a couple of digital picture frames. I've never had one before but now I love them. I put a bunch of my vacation photos on there and now I can sit back and relive the good times.

Yesterday my mom and I took a drive to Lancaster County. The drive itself was a bit of a challenge. We got detoured once due to construction, which was fine and just took us on a different scenic road for a while with no time lost. However, when we were about 10 minutes away from our destination the small town we had to drive through was having a fair and the main street and surrounding ones were blocked. There were no detour signs posted this time, so after a couple confusing twists and turns, I ended up turning around and going back the way we came to get back on the highway to get past the fair and back on our way. It added about a half hour to the trip, but it was all worth it when we got there. We had some yummy treats like apple cider donuts and funnel cake and brought back lots of fresh fruits and veggies.
